Deep fried corn tortilla with raw tuna fish in Chile Morita mayo, avocado puree, sesame seeds and fried leeks (fish, egg, mustard, sulfite, wheat, sesame) - Quesadilla de pollo Pan fried wheat tortilla filled with marinated chicken, Pico de Gallo and Provola cheese. Served with homemade red salsa and avocado salsa (wheat, milk) - Sopes Fried corn tortillas. One with pulled chicken and one with slow cooked beef.
